A love of the outdoors inspired the founding of Garden of Flavor. Growing up, founder Lisa Reed spent many days outdoors gardening with family members. Soon, the garden was much more than a space to grow fruits and vegetables. The garden was and still is, a place to be one with the earth — where the nutritious offerings could be understood and consumed. Lisa soon began juicing everything that Mother Earth could give — from dandelion greens to pea shoots. From her childhood in the garden to opening a juice bar in Chagrin Falls, all the way to the present day in a state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland: health and wellness have been at the heart of everything Lisa creates.

Garden of Flavor uses the highest quality organic fruits and vegetables without the addition of added sugars. None of the juices are heat pasteurized so that the nutrients and enzymes stay intact from harvest to refrigerator.

Just as regular yoga practice can leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day, incorporating juice into your daily routine provides revitalizing benefits as well. For example, cold-pressed juice alkalizes the body, allowing it to function at optimal levels. People tend to

practice yoga as a low-stress way to stay active. Similarly, cold-press juice is a simple way for the body to absorb all the needed nutrients, essentially eliminating the work of digesting and breaking down fruits and vegetables. So, like yoga, Garden of Flavor is a fun and delectable way to stay healthy!

Garden of Flavor Juices can be found at various grocery stores across the nation.

“We can’t wait to juice for you at the Cleveland Yoga Festival on June 19th! We are so excited to meet with people, participate in amazing yoga events, and spread our love of juicing!!” - Lisa Reed, Founder and CEO of Garden of Flavor.
